Clean room and fantastic work out area

The place was beautiful, clean and staff was great and since it’s off the main road it’s very quiet. Breakfast was much better than expected with many food options and the staff and cooks were accommodating.

This time we didn’t avail the breakfast since we have to leave early to catch our flight back home, nevertheless, I found this hotel so accessible to the airport, the staff is very attentive our stay is always comfortable, waking up with the city view is a bonus!

I’ve stayed in Dusit probably 7 years ago, the lobby’s ambiance, the hospitality of the staff excellent. The rooms still in good condition but needs upgrades. A good floor polishing in bathroom is recommended as well as fresh scent to hotel carpets in hallways. Breakfast was excellent my family enjoyed the variety of dishes served.

I was disappointed with my family’s stay and the lack of clear information during the booking process. I booked three rooms through Expedia: one suite for my parents, one deluxe room for my sister and her husband, and another deluxe room for my brother, his wife, and their child. The room descriptions indicated that the deluxe rooms could accommodate multiple guests, and during booking the only breakfast options available were “with breakfast” or “without breakfast.” However, there was no explanation that breakfast was only included for one person in the deluxe room. If this had been clearly stated, I would have gladly paid for the additional breakfasts for my family members. There was also no option during checkout to add breakfast per person or select how many guests would receive breakfast. My family was surprised and disappointed when they checked in and learned that only one guest per deluxe room could have breakfast included. It was confusing because the suite included breakfast for two people, while the deluxe rooms included breakfast for only one person. This important information should be clearly explained before guests complete their reservation. The breakfast itself was also quite expensive for what was offered. For a hotel at this price point, I expected better transparency, better value, and a smoother experience for families. Easy stay

This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city.
