Clean room, good air conditioning

shower was terrible..water was not hot.. bed sheets was dirty, floor was sticky. lights in the bathroom was not working. had to change the room. which needed some bargaining..

The hotel is close proximity to most shopping centres and Chinatown. However the rooms are filled with either lots of mosquito's or Bed Bugs. My legs and body is ridden with bites that leavs me itching the whole day inside. I did NOT like the stay there

No wifi connectivity in the room due to 'technical glitch'

No hot water for shower. Very dissapointing. Ive booked for 2 nights without hot water shower TT. No even information. AC have some trouble. Water flowing from ac, to my precious shoes. TT

Good location - near Chinatown and major roads. Room was quite small and there was no electric kettle or safety box in the room. That explains the low charge for the room. Breakfast was quite good.

Friendly staff

Service staff are so helpful and polite. Welcome drink served. Very close to Chinatown which is main attraction of our trip to Jakarta. Overall is superb. thank

The hotel was really good - a short stroll un into Batavia and the fantastic Cafe Batavia

There are ants and mosquito in the room plus foul smell (like sewer smell) coming from the toilet. No tissue paper provided and for a "deluxe" room it should have a refrigerator. The only positive point I can think of is the location which is very near to Chinatown (Glodok).
