Gave us the wrong room, flush not working, staff not helpful

The hotel is nice and newer. It seems like under renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The only down side is it is a bit far from the center. You have to take a taxi to get there . Beside that it is a lovely hotel and I would recommend staying there

Not too close to the city but affordable

Lovely hotel, really great staff, helped us throughout out stay, the hotel was very comfortable, clean and well presented and a good base for a Seville visit with local buses nearby. Food in the hotel was good, the breakfast very good and worth the charge. Not many local food options close to the hotel, great food in Seville central. Loved Seville, just beautiful with the history, river, amazing structures and the local people were friendly.

Pool wasn’t available but everything else was great.

My first night, the AC did not work. It was hot and difficult to sleep. The hotel did not offer anything to compensate that issue. Other than the first night, it was an ok stay.

Very kind staff. Wish we new about construction The bathtub /showers get water everywhere and not enough towels

The breakfast had a fairly varied offering. Loved the two coffee machines that had multiple selections.

Amenities were none existent. Separation from bedroom to bathroom is in frosted glass affording poor privacy. Refrigerator was not working. No coffee machine in room or any other amenities usually expected in a hotel room.
