Great location! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was above par. Most things Galway are within waling distance from the hotel

Hotel was a perfect location. Close to everything but far enough away so you don’t hear when the bars cleared out. Staff was exceptional. Dry friendly and helpful. Only flaw of the stay would be that the bathroom tub had cigarette or candle burns on it. A little surprising. Amenities - restaurant, and bar were great.

The Harbour Hotel was reasonably located but very noisy. The doors would close with a bang, your neighbors will prove it all hours of the night. There was also city noise. We knew before we got there it was a hit or miss. We would not have chosen it in forethought. The front desk was very good, the breakfast buffet was well represented and clean. Our room was on the top floor, the angle of the roof interfered with our full use of the room, the bathroom was small and clean. Towels and sheets - not bad, pretty good actually. Parking was 13 euros a day and was well worth it.

Great location and good restaurant

The Harbour Hotel’s name accurately describes its location. But none of the rooms appear to have water views! The great majority either face a road or an adjoining apartment house. The location is on Galway’s harbor and is also a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the center city shopping and dining district. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the amenities were as expected for the hotel class. There were no problems during our stay, and the staff was especially helpful when we discovered 90 minutes after departure we had inadvertently left some medications in our room. Overall rating: 4.51/5 .
