Good localisation, nice cozy rooms and tasty breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Quiet neighborhood but good restaurants nearby. Easy to access public transportation.

The airconditioning was completely useless and broken and it meant my room was probably a consistent 5 degrees celsius warmer than it was outside. All the staff could manage was a half hearted apology and stating that they know about the issue but offered no other assistance.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood and convenient for public transport. The facility is good, filled with vinyl decoration, perfect for music lovers. The sauna offers a good view of the city for a beautiful sunset view.

WiFi was good and it's in a great location near a metro station that's only two stops from the main city centre. Despite it being in a reasonably busy area it wasn't noisy to sleep. Staff were friendly and happy to hold luggage on check out day. Breakfast was continental and everything you need, juice, pastries and coffee. There's no kettle in the room though if that's important to you.

For what we paid I wouldn't say value for money. Poor quality towels. Faulty telephone wire in my room poor black oit curtains . My friends room ( large room ) was ripped so useless air con didn't work in the 3 rooms we had . No vent in bathroom no heated mirrors to compensate random record player with 1 vinyl from way back on an unusual stand. 2 cups 1 kettle and flavoured tea. No coffee very sparse. The unit could be moved and space used more wisely. However stagf very friendly

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff, well sized twin room with very comfortable beds, great buffet breakfast.

Unique building with character. Bed was very comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Very warm, had to leave both window and balcony door open all night. Delicious breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at Max Brown Hotel in Vienna. Clean and modern hotel.
