Clean room. Easy access to The Amp and to downtown.

Every member of the staff was excellent. Special thanks to Pete, the General Manager, who personally welcomed us upon arrival and took the time to share helpful tips on everything from parking to great local restaurants during our stay in St. Augustine

Very clean.The staff were very helpful.The costa coffee machines Were Excellent. Breakfast was excellent,room was excellent.

Room was very clean, check in at front desk not very friendly. Manager was very friendly but not the rest of the staff during the day.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Room was clean and the place was quiet. This advertises as near the historic district but it is a ways from there.

Good for the price

I was only there 1 night, but breakfast wasn't quite the standard "Holiday Inn" breakfast offerings, but I found something sufficient from what was offered.

Staff was helpful but not very friendly compared to a holiday inn express 2 nights before.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the gym was well-equipped with plenty of machines, but the room itself was disappointing due to a lingering weird smell, dusty surfaces, and a sticky floor. However, the stay ended on a high note with a breakfast spread that was much larger than I expected. While the amenities and hospitality are great, the room cleanliness definitely needs more attention.
