Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Popular with large school groups that arrived late and made lots of noise. Staff need to address this with teachers group leaders so that guest can have a peaceful nights sleep.

Room was clean and spacious. Spent 8 night at the hotel and on 6 of those night they had bus loads of school kids checking at 11:30pm. Spent 6 nights awake listening to screaming/yelling kids running up and down the corridor!!! I rang the front desk to complain, however nothing was done to control these kids!! I won’t be staying here again that’s for sure! 😡

Breakfast was a little bit ordinary not many option. Fuse blew out lamp and took out all power. Very noisy at night not from traffic but people out late talking on balconies. Pool area not inviting so if you are looking to spend a lot out of the hotel is okay

The accomodation was great.

Location very convenient to Siloam Hospital and restaurants and massage palaces.

It was conviently located close to Shiloam hospital as my husband was admitted there. Overall its ok with minor issues of loud noisy kods at night, dirty towel.

Very good comfort and beautiful pool view of hotel. Very good hospitality, room service and breakfast... and we enjoyed our stay there.

A lot of bed bug crawling around the bed, the hot water is not hot, very dirty condition

Nice hotel close to the airport l, short stay recommend

Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel and especially the restaurant was very dirty. It was a budget price but we did expect it to be clean. We also had 2 young girls in the room next door you were awake all night as they never went to bed
