As a solo traveller new to China on a work trip I couldn’t give more praise to the staff, very helpful and friendly. Restaurants were luxurious and the property was spotless. I would recommend a room with a view it’s beautiful.

You can not discard any toilet paper into the toilet! Or ir immidiately blocked! The service is awful. When delivery reached hotel, the concierge said nothing was there, I had to go downstairs to pick up myself.

Great property and amazing breakfast with so many options rivalling HK and other big city 5 star hotels. Not many staff speak or understand English well but hey! It’s China and we have translate apps on our phones now.
