Really loved this room — it’s quite spacious by Japanese standards, especially considering the average hotel room size in Japan is usually around 11–13 square metres. The location is also super convenient if you’re travelling by Shinkansen or heading to events at Yokohama Arena.

Regarding breakfast - I was surprised to see beautifully prepared little dishes, along with traditional rice and soup. Those were delicious and plenty. It would be fantastic if I could have different option - croissant, omelet, yogurt, fruits, milk/juice and coffee!
But over all, the hotel is fantastic! I would definitely will stay here again!

The room is clean and nice. The only comment is the toilet area and the toilet seat which is a bit small in size. Hotel may also consider to change the toilet paper to a better quality one.

極佳 I stayed two single beds room. It’s really small however was very quiet, no noise from anything. Hotel stuffs are very helpful.

The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent.
The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family.
Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!
