This is a clean place with a friendly staff. Breakfast was good (Coffee not so good). The room was clean and comfortable. It is in a good location with easy access to the highway.

La dame qui m’a répondu lors du Check-In était plutôt condescendante… elle disait que vu que j’avais booké avec Expedia (moi c’était Hôtel.com), j’avais le droit qu’aux chambre les moins chères proche de l’ascenseur!! Bof! Un peu ridicule… J’avais fait la demande vu que j’étais très sensible aux bruits… Ils ne veulent pas accommoder contrairement aux autres hôtels. Par contre, tout le reste était parfait. Surprenamment, la chambre était plutôt calme vu que les ascenseurs sont dans une section à part. Alors heureusement tout fini bien. :)

Our room at the comfort suites was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I did not take advantage of the amenities because we had an agenda every day.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing for me was that we faced east and had only a sheer curtain...could not black out the room bc the curtains were not built to close all the way. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, breads, waffles and more! The whole place was kept very clean. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel very pleasant The hotel offers nice service to do different things. Would really recommend to others

Great stay and location

This hotel offers easy access to Beacon's hiking trails. The facilities are simple, clean and practical. The room was quite large, even including a small living room, a mini refrigerator, a microwave (what a pleasant surprise!), a coffee machine, a comfy bed and all the amenities one would expect. There's a nice indoor pool and fitness center as well. The free breakfast is a much welcome perk.

They closed the indoor pool when there was a storm outside.

Very accommodating and friendly.
