不錯 While it is a Loews property, it feels second rate. The staff were nice at checkin, but they did not go above and beyond. It wasn’t an “experience.” The pool area was crowded and the concrete burned the bottom of the feet. Terrible for small children. Tower 2 is very far from any of the amenities, so change rooms if you are put there!

Seemed a little old and dark but that may go with the jungle/Hawaiian theme. Pool was nice and staff were great. The kids loved the families of ducks running around.

Room is very clean, they make your bed and change the towels everyday.
The hotel’s staff is very attentive.
Breakfast at the Islands Dining Room is amazing, I did à la cart because of my allergies (what they are taking very seriously) and I was absolutely satisfied, my friend chose to do the buffet which is a wonderful variety of food. Our server was very helpful and attentive (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but I know he’s from Morocco).
