Very friendly front staff

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and kind. If this were based on service I would give a 5 star but unfortunately the value for the room was not there. The room and the amenities were minimal for the price. The floors were a cold outdoor tile and there was actual plastic patio furniture instead of room furniture. Plastic chairs to sit in a small cramped room with a small high window. When we first arrived the room smelled of smoke so bad we were coughing, it did air out after opening the window but it was still not a pleasant smelling room. Nowhere to put luggage at all. The location was nice for walking around cafes and shops.

The hotel street is very narrow, and a bit dark, but don’t let this mislead you. The room Is nice, clean, and location is few feet away from the main road where you can find restaurants, Starbucks etc…..

The manager made us feel like home. He was very courteous and helped with getting the taxi and making recommendations about the places to go.

Excellent location, but a little lacking in terms of facilities.

Dirty, have a hair on the bed, yellow spots on the blanket, room no one time slippers, no shower curtain, only one shower towel for two people, price not much the room paid! It is a rip-off customers. No refunds for customers! This place not hotel! It is a motel! Feel sick when you walk in the room! Travel need comfortable room feel like home but when you stay Milhaus Shinchon you will feel stiff! Price fraud!!!!!!!

Felt a little expensive for the quality/size of the room but still a decent place.
