很好 Enjoyed my stay at Nalagi. It is an older property and shows its age. However it did it purpose of a hotel. Nice comfortable big clean rooms with balcony. Not so sure about some of the other negative comments. I enjoyed my stay. And a very nice roof top pool to relax and watch the sun rise and sunset with drinks. And included breakfast was a bonus with quite good selection to start the day.

很好 Breakfast was pretty ordinary no yoghurt and fruit selections and variety for fiji standard was simple
WiFi was very poor in the rooms
Staff interaction was great the swimming pool was the highlight

We never got the towels we needed such as face towels and hand towels.
Shampoo conditioners and body wash was in short supply.
No ice bucket and when we went to get ice from the roof bar as suggested by your front desk they were not willing to give it as easily.
Water pressure was always low

The staff were sweet, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast was good and offered much more than I anticipated. They can bring lunch and/or dinner to your room but it’s a long wait. Better to eat it downstairs. I would love a microwave in the rooms. Easier to heat up leftover food.

It was an average stay, the pool was out of use during my stay without any prior communication which was a disappointment..
There was a musty nd damp mell in my room on the fourth floor. The linens and towels were clean but the room felt very tired.
The gym didn’t have towels our spray to wipe clean although there were sign up to are they were available. The equipment ws old and tired.
It was ok for somewhere to lay your head and I wished I had booked 1 night not 2. Not really value for money compared yo other hotels.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly. However, when I asked fir a wakeup call, they forgot. Also, when I had asked them to arrange a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning, the taxi arrived 20 minutes late.
