Showers were amazing and the bed was nice. Shame the lobby is being renovated and the gym equipment was filthy

Good spot, nice room, easy walk to South Bank main strip. Nice pool, would be good if it was heated

We were not advised that the hotel was undergoing works so no lobby, no place to chill (we had family room) and the room curtains did not block out light. Very noisy works early in morning. Location was good but not in centre of Southbank, esp if you haven’t been to Brisbane before. Staff friendly but manager not overly helpful. We stay at many Novotels and I would not recommend this one.

The hotel was great but the breakfast was disappointing.

We were not told they were renovating the property. Breakfast was very average .Our room was on the 1st floor and could hear the traffic.

Wonderful stay at Novotel. Friendly check in and special effort made for a birthday. Room was delightful and the location was perfect for a theatre visit.

Nice property a little further off the river than expected

Great location nice room except hot water was only lukewarm in the shower

Lobby was a construction site therefore no bar, restruant of

We travelled interstate by car and found parking at the hotel easy, convenient and well-priced, although a little snug for our large vehicle! Check in was quick and simple and we were quickly settled in our clean, well-appointed room overlooking the park - a lovely outlook. The buffet breakfast featured an impressive range of dishes and the quality was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located for our one-night stay, within walking distance West End and the South Bank ferry stop to explore the city.
