The location is decent. Plenty of restaurants and walking to major tourist spots. The staff at check in and out were very nice. Good communication. The spa/hamam front desk person pushed hard for an appointment which made me question how good the product actually was. So I didn’t get a service. Air conditioning great. I could hear Everything outside my room - doors slamming, full conversations, elevator dings, and while the housekeepers changed the sheets in the room behind my bed I could feel it vibrating through the wall. Breakfast was fine. I’m a vegetarian so I appreciated all the options. It’s safe and inexpensive. But basic.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Personal

Staff was extremely rude and tried to scam me for an adapter to connect my American ports into. I asked a staff member if they had one and he said he can sell me one for around 200 TL, and then when I asked a different staff member for an adapter he had just pulled one right from the desk. The AC in the room also did not function, and the room was pretty small, barely fit 2 people. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptional, courteous staff and quality service. Room was quite small and sound carried. Located in very central area and close to transport as needed.

Hotel is next to the main tram line T1 in Istanbul which is a tourist godsend and 10mins easy walk to the nearest M2 metro station. Grand Bazaar a couple of hundred yards away and most of the main tourist attractions are at most 10-15mins walk from the hotel - or 2-3mins on the T1. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the breakfast could have been more plentiful

Excellent hotel, I booked the family room, it was clean and spacious. House keeping services were good. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff helpful. 10/10

3rd time in Istanbul and throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Family of 4 we had the corner connecting rooms (110 & 111) which was perfect for our stay. One room had a king bed and the other had 2 singles. 2 bathrooms with a small lobby/passage area in between. Rooms were spacious enough and were cleaned daily. We didnt have breakfast. Location wise perfect, 2/3 nin walk to beyazit tram stop and 10-15 min walk to blue mosque. A plethora of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful, although i didnt appreciate being asked for a tip by the chap who took our luggage down on checkout. Would I recommend? Yes for sure

Pretty good location and value for money. Rooms are a bit small, but manageable.
