Thanks to all staff who complemented the location and place

Pleasant stay for two nights. Great view from our sea view room. Room was comfortable. Pool area was nice but far too many rules. Dubai treats water safety like adults are two years old. Pool and the beach are ruled by the fun police. Breakfast was good but the room is far too noisy. Too much concrete, loud music and people talking loudly to be heard. Is like eating in a mall food hall. Had dinner one night and requested to be seated in the bar area which avoided this issue and we could have conversation. Staff were all fantastic. Location is handy. Eco friendly hotel.

Huzam at Front desk was very helpful

voco Palm Jumeirah is simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely effortless. The rooms are beautifully appointed with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf that make you never want to leave.

Breakfast was ok

Great service throughout! Keep it up

This was a really good hotel to stay in. Amenities and services were great

Excellent hotel

Muy buena opción, durante el tiempo que estuvimos alojados tuvimos una advertencia de ataque, el staff en poco tiempo organizó un lugar para mantener seguro a las personas

Really great customer service, nice clean rooms, was impressed. However, this is construction right next to the hotel and it started very early so I'd try and ask for a room away from that. Apart from that it was great!
