The staff was accommodating, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast had many choices and changed every day. The location is excellent as you are within walking distance to the main square, but far enough so minimal noise.

A very nice and nice hotel. Very central in the old town. Close to shopping and the old castle. Highly recommended.

It was a really nice apartment that was in an excellent location. It had a friendly staff and a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Very comfortable and spacious and they made us a nice to go breakfast for our early bus trip to Zacopane.

Breakfast was great. The staff at the buffet area are some of the best teams we've seen. Always checking on items, getting tables ready for next guests, friendly, etc. The hotel's location is great, at a walking distance from the main plaza, restaurants, train station, etc. bed was comfortable and room and hotel very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was unbelievably delicious— huge selection of delicious foods. Air conditioning is controlled by the staff, but the temperature was fine. Rooms clean and the location is great.

We can’t wait to come back. Location is amazing. Accommodation was amazing. Everything was great My only thing would be to bring my own pillow but that’s everywhere. Other than that, we will definitely be return customers

The location of the property is excellent, just steps from the main square and public transportation. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the room is a great touch. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The downside of the hotel is that it’s on a rather noisy street making sleep difficult.

Very nice building in excellent condition. Very classy. Location is also fantastic, just a few hundred meters away from the main square. Very clean and well equipped, including a small fridge. Employees are very polite and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide range of options. If you arrive by train, you first walk in a large mall, then in less than 15 minutes you are there. Very convenient.

Very clean establishment, close to the public square and convenient to restaurants and bars and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Building is very secure, you must use a dial-in intercom to be buzzed in. Room was more spacious than others I’ve had. Great shower, lots of hot water, great water pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of things to choose from. The bed was a bit stiff, but the blanket was nice and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room. Things to be aware of: the lift does not go to the main entry floor, it lands a half floor above or below (when you see how the main staircase works, you’ll understand) so you will have to climb several stairs every time you enter. There is no individual room temperature control. The windows open for fresh air, but there is a fair amount of street noise due to the proximity of the square. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would return.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Bars restaurants on your doorstep.
