good apartment suite. good location close to groceries and the highway. good amenities. prices well for switzerland

We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfy hotel. Very modern. Pictures are accurate as to what you see on line. The hotel is a bit outside the main centre and not much around it. However, it is a quick bus ride (less than 10 mins- take the 101 or 107 from the train station). The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick simple meals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious room with updated fixtures. The location may seem of concern at first ( it's in an industrial/commercial area), but it is close to tourism areas and excellent transportation.

There is not a full wall for the shower, and a 1/4" x 1/4" block to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so prepare for water to be generally all over the wall and floor. There is also 3-in-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own if you have hair. One of the workers let us check in a few minutes early; the self check in kiosk will not work if you arrive before 1500. The hotel is 15-20 mins walk to any of the bus/trams to bern, so you will generally be approximately 40 mins from the city The vending machines are extremely expensive.

Good place and good kitchen

The location was incredibly ideal and the staff were wonderfully cheery and helpful! Three stars because I found probably 10+ fruit flies in my 5th floor room. I usually won’t go for a cleaning while I stay for green reasons, but I did because of the flies and the situation did not get better. There were a few other things that put me off cl

The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.

The appification of all services at this hotel made it much harder than required to do everything. From check-in to laundry to offsite parking everything needs an app, and mostly 3rd party. The lack of staff also didn't help when I got locked out because my key wouldn't work one night when walking the dog. Thank goodness my girlfriend was inside and that I took my phone on the walk ( I usually don't). Though the staff were helpful the overall experience was terrible and this hotel. There wasn't even anywhere to put suitcases in the room.
