Everything was perfect!

Great area with lots of things for inquisitive people to enjoy. Staff super amenable! Setting beautiful!

The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. There is no benefit in a knackered old japanese paper lantern when an identical one can be bought online cheaply, or an old blanket that has seen better days or a musty wardrobe - all these can be fixed without undermining an important piece of architecture. Beyond that, the house is wonderful, the staff are great and the house is in a great location in Colombo and I would recommend it as a place to visit if you are interested in Bawa's architecture.

Wonderful hospitality - they could not have been more welcoming. Great little hotel - a real oasis of calm. Fantastic breakfast too.

Anthony and Sujeewa ensured we had a delightful stay. The property is beautifully designed in a very peaceful setting, and well located to explore Cinnamon Gardens. Thank you both!

Geoffrey Bawa design absolutely charming. Staff very friendly and showed us around the vacant rooms which was a real treat. Fantastic breakfast in perfect surroundings.

This is an oasis in the midst of Colombo. I loved the way the indoor/outdoor sitting area was surrounded by the lovely garden with a huge tree.in its midst.

A delightful secret hideaway from the noise and hustle & bustle of a busy city. The staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient.
