很好與伴侶同行
Would have been a 5 star review but for the attitude at reception (22nd June 2026) from the young lady (not sure on name but about 5ft4in) who was abrupt and unhelpful. It was 11.00am and I asked if she could call us a taxi for 11.30. I was told that there needed to be 3 hours notice! At no point had this length of time been communicated prior (we could have booked the day before had we been told of this ridiculous timeframe). I advised her that she was not being helpful. I received a shrug and no apology. But she did say the hotel could arrange a car for €85 euros!! She said to go outside and hail a cab. I found the cab myself, it cost €30 euros...... All other staff very helpful.
