Very clean great staff good location

Breakfast, room, staff , location was perfect nothing to say all in all good

We were given a handicap room instead of normal room (we are not handicap). The towels were too thin and there were not hand towels except the last day. Also the breakfast was not of the highest of standards. There is much to say about this hotel that is good. Excellent location, modern and clean. Helpful staff. My guess is that most guest don't run into the problems we did.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Lovely property and close to most major sites.

The hotel is great and in a perfect location. The staff are very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. The only flaw is that the air con minimum temperature is 19C which we found too hot. We asked at reception but it could not be turned down or turned off. We could open the window, but the air con was still on - also not very eco friendly. The heat impacted our sleep. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Best location, unbeatable! Right next to a street full of restaurants and upscale nightlife. And yet, no noise at all.

Great location, safe, quiet and great service/Staff. Will stay again when visiting Vilnius.
