極佳 Jennifer & Yadel were extremely informative and made the checkin process so easy and relaxing. In comparison to the chaotic check in at all inclusives, this was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Jennifer was very attentive to our requests and questions and frequently checked in with us to make sure that everything was okay and we were enjoying our stay. The room was well equipped and clean. The balcony with hot tub was large and roomy with very comfortable furniture to enjoy the wind down of spending the days by the massive and quiet pools. If you are a swimmer, there are three lap pools approx 85M long so you can get a good swim workout in. Pool staff and gardening staff were very attentive with ensuring the grounds and pools were always kept clean. The bonus is that our room was on the 5th hole at Hard Rock Golf Club so you can watch the 5th hole players from tee to green. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for her welcoming and friendly care and attention. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Jennifer and Yadel. You made our vacation perfect. Gracias!
