What a wonderful hotel! Just steps from the station, lovely high ceilings, super helpful staff.

Great location within walking distance of so many interesting historical sights and Delft factory. Hotel itself is of historical significance, well appointed and maintained. Only complaint is the lighting in the room made it difficult to read. Lounge area, with windows on the canal is very nice with a lovely breakfast including breads, meats, cheeses, fruit and choice of hot item provided. Learning I had a gluten restricted diet, they offered the best warm GF roll I’ve ever had. Staff were very helpful with maps, sightseeing, dinner reservations and car service booking. A great short stay in a beautiful setting.

Stunning old hotel. Totally beautiful place to stay. Handy for town centre. Such a comfy bed. Would book here again if I returned to Delft.

The best hotel in Delft- my go to hotel when I travel for work

Really superb well designed hotel in Delft. Everything was easy from friendly check in, lovely well designed room and delicious buffet breakfast. Other meals were excellent also in the comfortable bar area with a selection of small plates, often Italian inspired The design and ambience prove The Arsenaal is one of Delft’s icons and an essential element of the townscape. Picturesque and ‘Vermeerian’ (Johannes Vermeer) complex has a high cultural/historical value. Unsurprising that it’s listed as a National Monument. Over the centuries, the buildings have had many functions, inhabitants, and visitors. I hope to return

Breakfast was great however go down to eat before 9am otherwise all eggs, bacon are gone, the only criticism is the staff are not that quick at replenishing these.

The staff and location are great, but the rooms are quite small and dark. Overall, it feels too expensive for what you get. I stayed here about a year ago, and the price was significantly lower back then. Breakfast is decent, but a bit underwhelming. There is fruit, but only one option, and just two types of yogurt (0% fat and full fat). It may sound minor, but compared to other breakfast buffets I’ve experienced, it just wasn’t as appealing or enjoyable.

The Hotel Arsenal Delft is a comfortable hotel in a convenient area of old Delft and in very easy walking distance of the train station. The hotel has as convenient parking as possible for its location. It also has very good breakfast. There did not seem to be anyone available to help us with our luggage even though the receptionist said someone would help us. Maybe it was because we arrived on Saturday night. We would stay here again.

Wonderful 4 night stay that allowed me to easily explore Delft, The Hague and Rotterdam. My room was large with high ceilings and had all the amenities I needed. Welcoming and attentive staff.
