Excelent hotel very good staff

Overall good stay…. Dining staff was good …, overall bar staff was great except few of them…. Not too friendly.

Had a lvly stay , room was pool and sea view clean and comfortable

Excellent hotel. All the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Food is delicious, also plenty of options if you are plant powered! Great location and clean

So we checked in and were told as loyal IHG members despite booking with Expedia we would get late checkout commentary from the hotel When it came to checkout I was told I need to pay and this was incorrect info provided I was unhappy with this. Service overall poor.

The food, pool, gym and other hotel amenities were superb. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were amazing throughout the hotel

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply ridiculous, made worse by some of the lifts being out of service…

Great food and lovely staff

Very clean and spacious.
