Everything is good, except the wind speed cannot adjust.

I booked for a couple days stay (deluxe pool access with bathtub), and I would say it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. The rooms were cleaned every day (unless otherwise prompted). There was also free buffet breakfast, which was a plus. It was close to a lot of restaurants and also the night market. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay here again if I go back to Chiang Rai.

Very cute hotel with all amenities. Excellent variety of breakfast included in price. Large room. Great bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood.

Great staff and service, clean rooms

Clean room, friendly staff

Strong mold smell in the room and hallways.

We enjoyed our stay here although the staff were unhelpful with the fact that we couldn't work out why our fridge wouldn't work when we arrived. Telling us that the fridges there just don't work very well! On second look though we realised that it just wasn't turned on!! Also, not being helpful at all when it came to the wifi not working. We didn't let it get us down though. In the end it was a pretty nice stay just not as good as we thought it could have been.

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, our room experienced a water pipe leak from the toilet bowl at around 2am, which partially flooded the area. The staff responded promptly and relocated us to another room without hesitation. As a gesture of apology, they provided a complimentary meal voucher and arranged a free airport transfer. Despite the incident, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service.

Nice hotel, room was great, except no real space for luggage. 15 min walk to night bizzaar/ Saturday night walking street.

Excellent place! The property was very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It truly set the tone for a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
