Beautiful fresh and juicy fruits, cheeses, cold meats to die for. Not to mention the hot buffet . Thank you. The staff at reception even remembered my surname on day two. Very pleased.

Outdated , smells like an old house and evrything is outdated

Hotel is well located and in good condition but is starting to show it's age. Stay was great, with one exception, as with a lot of hotels these days, they put a bottom sheet on the bed and no top sheet, just a quilt. It gets hot and hard to sleep, so you then need to turn the AC right down, but it's still hot and uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic for easy walking access to curriculur quay to view the vivid Sydney lights and to catch the ferry to various locations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our city view room was roomy for our party of 3, the decor is tired and the beds could be upgraded. The large pillows look good but aren't so practical for those used to having room for individual pillows. A pillow menu and written list of amenities would be appreciated
