👍good location in centre of city

It was a basic place. No frills. No real reason to stay there again. Not my choice for a return trip. However, unlikely to return to Inverness.

Very quiet room, comfortable bed, looks better than pictures. Great location in central Inverness.

Room was clean, air conditioned and staff were amazing. Meals not free but we did have their breakfast buffet and dinners. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Room was clean.Breakfast wasn’t so good first day, it was very dried out as if it had been lying out to long next days wasn’t so bad. Staff wasn’t so good a filling up plates n cups for tea n no water for the tea, always had to ask for them.Air conditioning was great.

Accommodated a very late check in due travel issues. Clean and efficient.

Renovated interior. Comforter is too warm for summer but probably great for winter months. A/C worked well. Great location. I would choose a room that faces away from the street due to the number of active bars including a loud karaoke bar. You won't be disturbed in rear rooms.

This is a wonderful hotel. Within easy walking distance of the central bus and train stations, and the river. The staff was extremely helpful. They kept the kitchen open for us on our first night so we could get something to eat after a late arrival. They remembered who we were as we came in every day, and reminding us to sign up for breakfast. Staying there was a very pleasant experience, and the best room we've had so far on our three week trip to Scotland.
