i come this hotel any time in sofia love it

It was a perfectly fine hotel, the bed was great and pillows were firm not hollow like hotels tend to give, breakfast was okay, the traditional Bulgarian breakfast. My only real issue other than some missing basic amenities like an iron, was that the shower looked like it had deep mold in it and every time I showered a mass amount of water would fall out onto the floor and I'd often have to soak it up with towels.

Convenient location neat train, bus station. Smallish room with basic amenities, good breakfast

This is not 4 stars hotel maximum 3 stars. No air conditioning, no shampoos, no pool/gym.

The hotel was very nice, the area negated by the city, but nothing to do with the hotel. Good breakfast, clean and free parking and close to central Station. Good place for lower budget.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and service was great.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was kind and very helpful. Room was as expected. Very close to train and bus station, 20 minute walk to Serdika.

The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available. Our room had a bit of a cleanliness issue which we reported to the staff and they seemed concerned. The surface of everything was very clean but a look under the bed or under a mattress was a bit gross.

Best Western Terminus is a pretty decent hotel, and I would recommend to others. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had questions about getting around the city and different sites, and they were quick to provide guidance about the city. My room was cozy and free of issues for the most part. Daily housekeeping was good. The breakfast buffet was edible, having a bit of variety for everyone. I wasn’t crazy about the outside location and area, which was not far from the bus station; however, I felt safe within the hotel and immediate area.

good location close to train station, and about 10 minutes walk to the interesting local market ( the womens market) freindly staff ,good breakfast and very comfortable room at a good price
