The hotel is Good located, shops like Family mart and seven eleven and McDonald’s near. Staff only when you check out. I like the room size big for tokyo, we had 4 beds which is great.

We enjoyed staying here. All was automated so no staff contact. Good location, quiet neighborhood, convenient access to train lines.

Great space for our family of 4. Very comfortable and clean.

Otel was okay but l didn’t see anybody to ask something. There was no reception.

Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. It was wonderful having the tea kettle and it was nice knowing that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste were there in case we needed them. The beds were very comfortable and the room had an air conditioning unit with remote. We did not see the staff but we did receive helpful texts and emails from them. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and value for money. Beds are very comfortable. However, cleaning staff came only once during our stay of 4 nights.

There was basically no staff at this hotel - the front desk is an iPad. We didn't enjoy dragging our luggage up to the 3rd floor with no elevator. The room seemed clean but there was literally nowhere to put your luggage and actually open it up. The 2-full-beds plus sofa situation basically took up all the floor space - we didn't even have space to expand the pull-out sofa, and one of the full size beds was actually a twin. There were only 2 outlets in the entire room. There are also no restaurants in this area - plan to walk about 15 min to get a morning coffee. On the plus side, there was a warning email about noisy streets but we didn't actually hear much noise, and there were toothbrushes and shampoo provided.
