The hotel was lovely, greatly situated to walk to most sights, the staff were amazing especially 1 Italian lady who worked reception

Hyggelig og rent hotell. Rolig område med t-bane 2 minutter unna. Hjelpsomt personale og god frokost. Anbefales

AC was not working in the last night. Staff, Mohamed was trying to fix it but no result. He apologized and left us a fan and gave us a complimentary breakfast the morning after. Other than that, everything was better than we expected.

Clean room and free refreshments in the room mini fridge

Good clean basic hotel, lovely communal foyer. Bar and food in hotel excellent.

The rooms are clean and basic. Booked the same room start and at the end of our trip. One had tea/coffee the other didn’t. 20 minutes walk to station. Pleasant hotel, lovely welcoming foyer, good sandwiches and bar facilities, lovely outside seating area.

Nice hotel, giving bad rating because one of the staff members rudely woke me up at a little after 10 am, he was knocking on door and telling me its check out time way before its check out time... not a good way to treat ur guest

Det var en stor oplevelse, dejlig morgenmad.Vi fik en ekstra dyne til dobbeltseng.

The good: Welcoming, friendly and service-minded staff. The bad: Our room (314) was facing the street and the sound proofing is very poor. Luckily there was little noise from the hallway but I was a few times surprised how loud the noise came trough. The pillows are very uncomfortable, staff was so friendly to find another one, but then the bed wasn’t long enough for my 185cm. All in all, I regret I opted for this seemingly better hotel in a less charming area.
