Great hotel with attentive and helpful staff

Genuinely the loveliest customer service we’ve experienced in a long while. Everyone is so warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

A very unique property which is very professionally run. All the staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is very good and not limited to time, then there is the afternoon high tea which is included.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and that’s for a reason. It’s one of the best in Lisbon! From impeccable customer service to huge comfortable rooms to central walking distance location, you simply can’t beat it. WiFi is perfect, breakfast is ample and they even accommodate parking. Best hotel.

The staff were super attentive and caring. They were totally willing and ready to address our needs from arrival to departure. The hotel was charming with its own unique historic vibe. I loved the library, lobby toilet, barber shop and of course the old school typewriter. Great spot as well . Close to Avenida!

Room was a big old world room with marble and solid wood. All the staff were great. Very nice breakfast variety. Easy 1 block walk to the Main Street. Loved the place.
