Staff clearly dont want to be there. Better to spend money elsewhere. Mould in shower area, broken furniture, and many other disappointments. The situation with parking was the cherry on top!

Do not book this hotel please!!!!!!!
Rooms are dirty, smell like cigarettes, no cleanliness
And they scammed us. There was a Pakistani guy at front desk said he will refund our money since we only stayed in the room for 10 minutes.
He didn’t return our money. We basically paid for 4 nights and didn’t even stayed there

低於平均 The staff seemed unbothered and unwilling to help. We weren’t even able to get a bus boy to help with our luggages both during check in and check out. They advertise the pool but it was closed off multiple times during our stay for ‘individual guest events’
