The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They spoke English well and were able to help with our enquiries. The one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with an ocean view. It had a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a good sized fridge. A couple of the restaurant spaces were undergoing renovation which unfortunately limited our food options but there are many choices just down the road only 10 mins walk away.

Great location on the beach

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. A special mention to the cleaning team, who were outstanding and went above and beyond every day—their attention to detail was remarkable. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and a real highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxing. The only minor downside was the bathing attire restrictions at the Aqua Spa; however, the staff handled this with great courtesy and professionalism when explaining the policy, which we appreciated. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel. The staff made our anniversary extra special. The spa was a godsend when we had some not so great weather.

Great location and rooms. The hotel should have happy hours each day to encourage people to have a drink at the hotel. The beach was clean and patrolled which was good. Its a short walk to resturants and supermarkets.

Great work amd excellent service, highly recommended

What a beautiful location! The staff were so welcoming on arrival. The room was very clean on check in. A stand out issue for us was not having soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom. A simple, yet very important oversight. Other than that, the location and staff were great and very accommodating.

The hotel is impressive and has wonderful grounds along the beach .We were not there in the peak season so the main restaurant was open only 3 days and constrained times for other ones. This was the only thing otherwise it was excellent.

Room was cleans everyday

Fully equipped kitchen, ocean and pool views. Beautiful hotel with great staff. Quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that the “French” spa (which looks awesome btw) requires little tight swimmer shorts to enter, perhaps normal for French but others countries we didn’t usually wear it.
