Property was half closed. No restaurant, no beach bar. Service poor. Breakfast poor. Beach area much smaller than photos. Room AC not functioning well. I was overcharged pretty much for everything. Even parking is a hassle; when someone is loading it is blocked as the entrance is very narrow.

What I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing!

Esra in the reception was very positive with a smiling face always. The people working for breakfast were also very helpful and smiling. The property was very noisy due to preparations for the season. The bath water was not hot enough esp. for the people who cares.

The hotel is perfect for family and kids, it has direct access to the beach and swimming pool

Large, clean rooms. Professional and friendly staff. Nice location, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes. Beautiful calm sea, perfect for swimming and for children to play in. Beach area is a bit crowded but that is very typical for this section of Bodrum. Wifi is not fast but was better than the other hotels I stayed at in Bodrum. Overall great place. I would return.

Everything was good

This hotel was really nice, with pretty views and the staff there were so helpful and welcoming. The city center is about 30 mins away via bus I think thats the only downsid. But apart from that I highly recommend!

Very spacious and neat rooms, quiet atmoshphere perfect for relaxation, exeptional service, staff is very kind, helpful and friendly, delicious breakfast, location is good only 15-20 mins to Bodrum center, the transportaton can always be arranged by the hotel reception, clean pool and beach with gorgeous views. Highly recommended!
