Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, marvellous staff and an unbeatable location right next to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The breakfast was good, reasonably priced and conveniently saved extra time for exploring. My only regret was not staying longer.

Hotel located in the heart of Portsmouth, easy walking distance to everywhere. The restaurant has a good selections of drinks and food.

All round excellent overnight rest between ferry arrival and train to London.

Lovely staff, car park was very close, clean and comfortable, would recommend. Restaurant was good but only one chef but the staff member who served us was great. He made sure we had good service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and big. The hotel is across from the Dockyard and in walking distance to a lot of other great things.

Room was great, so were staff, breakfast very good. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Acceptable cleanliness. But I was surprised that the hotel does not provide shampoo and conditioner. Only body wash. Even a Motel 6 provides you with shampoo/conditioner.

This hotel was in a great location for all we wanted to see while in Portsmouth. The coach and rail are both walkable and the Victory and other museums were closeby. The Gunwharf Quays are within walking distance too for shopping and food. The hotel was okay for the price. Our room wasn't the cleanest and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired but maybe would have been better if we were there for the start of it. The staff were very friendly and overall the stay was good!
