Bed not made, sheets/blankets didn't fit the bed. Shower head broken, hand-held shower only.
Nothing to make hot drinks, and no cups or glasses to drink out of.
Have stayed at 100's of hotels, but this is the first to say no eating or drinking in the room.
Bathroom as dark as a cave. Towels coarse enough to sand your skin off.
Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else

First of all it was too expensive. Definitely not worth it. The bathrooms, showers, and furnitures were outdated. Open electrical outlets and not safe for kids. If you looking to even spend a night I wont recommend this establishment.

The property is an apartment it’s a good property but the charging point don’t fit any of the chargers properly. No milk or coffee provided. The pool view is not visible as the balcony on the sides . The management had been informed about late arrival but on arriving wasn’t even aware of our bookings or msgs.
