Wonderful stay and very helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and they let us use the pool/rooftop restaurant for four additional hours. Which was amazing. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

The location , close to the airport is the best . But you have to take care of your terminal - number one vert close terminal 2 is far

We had a medical emergency during our stay. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. One person provided us with a wheelchair, which we very much appreciated! We had to cut our stay by one night and the manager was very helpful in getting us a refund with a 3rd party reservation. We would definitely stay again!
- A very thankful customer

Horrible, if you are coming don’t stay here. The AC don’t work, the pillows are horrible, the beds aren’t clean and the curtains are falling apart. We had a terrible experience here. They sent someone to fix the AC and still it didn’t work.

very good location with walking access to airport, trian station and bus. Roof top bar and dining space is with stunning view over airport to the ocean .

One hour to check-in due to shortage of skilled receptionist, and the machine that makes card was broken. The bathroom wasn't cleaned as it should be.
