This was a perfect location and it was spotless and beautiful.

well, the bathroom being on the first floor was not at all convenient (at night)considering those spiral stairs....I did not like the spiral stairs really...they are attractive but require being super careful. I also did not like that there was no TV upstairs. I liked the location and it was quiet.

The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped including an espresso maker. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Additional towels and coffee pods were promptly furnished. The TV was quite large and streaming service included a great variety of programs. It was very easy to park in front to drop our luggage off. They offer valet service but $60 is much more than many parking garages nearby. However they are Most of the best places to visit are within walking distance. The bus stop was only a block away for other places further away. The only real problem was the inadequate water pressure and temperature. This was surprising since we were on the second floor.

Clean room great staff

The 2nd floor unit we were assigned was on the corner of 6th and Chestnut. While the room was neat, clean and well-equipped, we had no idea that there was going to be a noise issue until we went into the bedroom and saw free orange foam earplugs and a white noise machine. The noise for the street (people yelling asnd singing, trucks rumbling, cars honking and motorcycles screaming by) went on well into the night and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. And the very small bedroom only allowed for the bed to be placed up against the wall, making it difficult for the 2nd person to exit the bed. It was also a warm and sunny day and the air conditioning could barely keep the room cool enough. Maybe this was just a bad room, but we won't be back to find out otherwise.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul.

Dishes were in the dishwasher dirty when we checked.

BEWARE: You could be stranded after midnight outside the building - with no front desk manager to check in. No access to your room. No one to let you into the building. Fortunately, another guest let me into the lobby where I waited more than 30 minutes texting Sosuite for help. Finally a guy strolled into the lobby and located my key in a drawer, no apology or explanation. I'm not the only one. I was in Philly for a conference and met other Sosuite guests at other properties who experienced the same problem. I do not recommend Sosuite.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!
