Great location. Wide choice at breakfast. Really helpful staff.

It’s located under a bridge with entrance from an alley way or another one on top of the bridge. Would only recommend as a place to sleep for a reasonable price but it was a bit underwhelming.

Very clean, efficient, modern no frills hotel but where attention has been paid to the important things such as quality of bedding and towels etc

Clean room, staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing and dining. Obtained airport taxi for me quickly. Great location for visiting the old city center.

We arrived after midnight, tired and hungry the helpful person at the front desk let us know that if we wanted to go out (we absolutely did not) we might find a place open nearby or we could purchase the frozen meals from their freezer and they would heat them up for us we liked the look of the lasagna, the man brought it to our room along with drinks, plates and utensils. The room had everything we needed and check out wasn’t until 12 noon we really got some quality sleep during that time. I ran down right before breakfast closed to bring back some food to our room and all of it, was well cooked and delicious. The front desk called us a taxi and we headed for our Cruise. I would definitely return, for a longer break.

I’ve stayed at this chain in Antwerp and Brussels before and always had a great experience. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean and spacious. What particularly stood out was the front desk service at this property which was exceptionally friendly and professional.
