Pros: location, staff does laundry for you, clean countertops, attentive hotel cleaning crew Cons: dirty carpets, staff seemed serious and not hospitable. Although we had just come from Vietnam and the hospitality turned a 360 on us so maybe that’s unfair for UH, shower clogged and flooded everytime someone showered, slow response for toilet paper request. We were given only a roll for a family of 6 staying 4 nights. No closet or hangers for clothes Overall amazing location in the middle of the action but will not be staying here again.

Terrific hotel for first time visitors to Korea. The location was ideal, in the heart of Myeongdong, right near a subway station. AC worked great, staff was terrific, would highly recommend.

Room was dusty near the windows. The room is not cleaned and the carpet was not vacuumed every day. They have two building and the old one is not as good and still under construction especially in the check in area. They don’t help with luggage when checking out. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp.

Excellent location, spacious 3-bedroom suites, well furnished with thoughtful amenities, excellent staff service. Unfortunately, the carpets in the entire unit was severely stained and filthy.

Spacious rooms for families in an ideal location.

Room was very dirty, carpets were full of stains, filthy. Half full drinks, candy wrappers and someone’s brush was left in the room. It had an odd smell- like an aquarium, probably due to all of the foul smelling rocks that were used as decor. Our view from all bedrooms was a brick wall. The location was great, easy access to myeongdong market and shopping. But other than that I would stay away.

Booked a spa room for our one night stay. What we got in the end did not live up to our expectations for the price, would have stayed elsewhere if I knew what I do now. Something to note right off the bat is their practice of asking to give a 5 star review in order to get late checkout for free - this did not feel morally right for me and I turned this down, especially with how the room was not worth the price in our eyes in the end. This means their star rating is likely inflated for what it actually is. The good: - room looked really nice - lovely/unique ambiance - view was really nice - great location in the shopping district The bad: - The “hot tub” took an hour to fill half way with lukewarm water, the tap was inconsistent in both pressure and temperature was not hot enough. I was supplementing the filling tub with hot kettle water every couple of minutes going back and forth to the tub LOL - The shower also was warm but not hot, and the water pooled everywhere in the bathroom, had to put towels down everywhere. The room for improvement: - shuttle to airport / and back needs to be pre booked in advance by at least 1 day

My daughter left her handphone on the taxi and the hotel staff were extremely helpful in accompanying us to the police station to make a report and also liaised with the taxi driver to retrieve her handphone. I am truly grateful to Jeerim, Donguk, and Seohyun for all their help.

Excellent location. Spacious suite (there were 4 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms). Water pressure is good. Daily housekeeping and clean towels. Free laundry provided by hotel. The only drawback is the lack of privacy due to the glass shower door.

So handy to everything, cannot beat the proximity, but the property needs maintenance, the carpet is terrible, stains throughout. Apart from this, u cannot beat the area it is located
