Room was cold so we put on the a/c. It blew cold air continually. We thought it would eventually blow warm air. At 3am my husband was so cold we decided to leave for home. The checkout lady told us we should have gone to her as it’s controlled at reception. Would have been good to know this.

Located in Durham Services but very quiet with triple glazing. Very economical but nice clean room, good shower and very comfortable bed. Recently refurbished. Very helpful staff.

The duty manager that was there upon arrival was really helpful. He sorted our carpark booking and also made us aware of the local restaurants for our evening meal.
After going for something to eat, returning I found the bathroom tap to be loose, so reported it to him and he said he would get o=it sorted next morning, which was ok with us as the tap was of no issue to us.
THe room was spotless, and the facilities were of good quality. THe bed was so comfortable. Aircon was a bonus as it was really hot.
We didnt stay for breakfast as I was due for skydiving on saturday 23rd May so didnt want to eat too much.
Check out was an easy process too
