Great view Very difficult to communicate with the manager through WhatsApp. Asked to communicate via email and that never happened.

The view from the room was great. But if you are travelling without car and luggage bags it would be nightmare for you. There are steps where you have to carry all your luggage. No ramps at all. Rooms need some maintenance. Toilet seat was broken. No everyday cleaning provided unless you are paying for it. 500ml water bottle they charge €3. Communication with the owner was smooth and helpful.

The view is amazing something unique.

Really bad service, no internet, the door doesn't close at all and the sink was blocked, we told the woman in charge, she didn't help at all. Bad experience.

Beautiful views, but apartment was not clean, no pool in operation and overall upkeep was lacking.

I booked Sara Riviera through Hotels.com for 5 guests based on the photos and description. Unfortunately, the property did not match the listing and was not suitable for our group. Upon arrival, the room was significantly smaller than advertised and lacked adequate sleeping arrangements for 5 people. The layout was cramped and impractical for a group stay. The property was also not clean at check-in, which was concerning. In addition, there were safety issues, including poor lighting in the open/walking areas, making it unsafe to navigate at night. Accessibility was another issue. One member of our party has a medical condition affecting mobility, and the property’s layout and lack of accommodations made it unsafe and not conducive for guests with physical limitations. I contacted Hotels.com immediately upon arrival to report these issues and request cancellation. The property refused a refund, and we were forced to stay one night out of necessity before securing alternative accommodations the next day. This property may work for fewer guests with low expectations, but it is misleadingly advertised and not appropriate for groups, guests with accessibility needs, or anyone prioritizing cleanliness and safety.

Looks like an unfinished blockhouse . When I booked my reservation , for whatever reason the dates were wrong. Waited at the front office for 20 mns until someone comes . Hotel is deserted because low season . Talked to the manager asking her if we can change the date for two days earlier .there is absolutly no one in the hotel .she requires more money ( 24 euros ) saying the staying is more expensive . Quickly check on line and actually the price was lower . Then she said it cost administrative time to make the change ? Pool was empty and so was the jacuzzi . All the lounge chairs are piled up in the restaurants ! The room was nice and so was the view . This property had a bad energy.

The view from the rooms in this hotel are fantastic! However, the hotel is extremely inaccessible, and our rooms were all at opposite ends of the complex. It was very difficult to get our luggage from the car park to the hotel rooms, as all of our rooms required climbing stairs as lifts didn't go to our floor and at night it was very dark. - We wouldn't recommend staying here if anyone has mobility issues as you would struggle. Whilst the reception are always easily reachable by WhatsApp and respond quickly, there are however no staff on site in the evenings so you are unable get extra linen or towels, or toilet roll, despite asking multiple times. Three days in a row we asked for our sofa bed to be made up, someone brought us new towels but never made the bed up. Rooms weren't cleaned each day. Some rooms in the hotel are really lovely, clean and modern and all rooms have an excellent sea view. However, some rooms are dated and are in need of repairs as some of our rooms had doors which didn't shut properly. Parking was great though, there was very ample parking at this hotel and for tall vehicles.

Mistakenly a payment was done since the location of the place booked was in an entire different country.The response I got after informing the owner 15minutes later was shocking and not acceptable even after my explanation.Money was not returned and did not have any sympathy though I am a retired person and 75 years old.I will not recommend any traveler to deal with such people.
