Excellent overall.

Amazing breakfast and spacious rooms. Ten minutes taxi to the Hasan mosque - ll.

I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

Property was close to great shopping and restaurants. Rooms were really good size for family. Hot breakfast buffet was good.

Staff were friendly Room could be cleaner, mold in the bathroom, dust on the corners and unpainted patches on the wall. Breakfast was good overall, the variety was good but quantity was limited and popular items would quickly disappear. The location was great, it was a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall good for the price.

We had a short two night stay. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Pros: Great location with lots of food, spas and shopping options Great breakfast buffet with many options Clean rooms Comfortable bed Cons: Aside from queen bed for two, additional people only have option to sleep on the couches. Seperate toilet room and a shower room. ( which might work for some) Both shower room and toilet rooms are extremely small and you will keep bumping into doors and walls No fan or AC control in the room. There was no air in the room.

- The breakfast is not included in the room charge. We did not try the breakfast due to the cost. - While parking is included it is challenging and confusing. - The hotel smells great! Thank you. - The one elevator is small and unreliable. - The area around the hotel is extremely busy and very noisy. The view from our luxury suite was great, and we enjoyed watching all the celebrations after Morocco won the Arab Cup in Soccer. Go Morocco Go!!! - The hotel location is great for walking to various restaurants, shops and markets. Mohammed Amin front desk staff was great and very personable. Our recommendation is to include breakfast in the luxury rooms, fix the parking and elevator situation. Otherwise great place to stay. Thank you Mohammed Amin for making our stay pleasant.

The room was clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good by traditional standards for that area. The location was not the best and taxi drivers had a hard time trying to locate "New Art's Down Town hotel because there is no "New Arts" displayed anywhere, and none knew the location by that name. If you are a Westerner, it may not meet your expectations. Small elevators, steps going into the lobby that you need to carry baggage up, no vending machines, etc.
