Great location.

駅近とスタッフさんは良かった。 設備は古いです。お風呂も狭いです。 疲れがとれないお風呂でした。

Spacious rooms, excellent service, clean. Rooms could use a microwave and some USB outlets. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! The proximity to shopping, the Chōfu train station, and a nice walk to one of the best onsens in the area are also excellent perks. I really like this area and this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

Very clean and comfortable, and staff were very courteous. Rooms could use some more power outlets or a USB power hub for electronic device charging. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very generous with options. Will definitely return here on my next Chōfu visit!

Location which located on top of the known department store

I used the Creston for 3 night sin August. The hotel itself is fine. The room was large for a Japanese hotel and the location was good (just 2 minutes on foot from the station, right across the street from where the airport shuttle buses stop. The breakfast buffet was very blah, not worth the 1400 yen surcharge. The hotel occupies the top 3 floors of a department store building. There's a Starbucks on the 2nd floor, a Mr. Donuts by the entrance and a swanky supermarket in the basement. Any of those would be a better choice for breakfast.
