Staff was very nice and helpful

The rooms were nice and nice. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

nice hotel. Room was good size, large walk in shower. They have parking that you pay for but there is parking on the street. Is close to the tram line into Heidelberg but the hotel is actually in Eppelheim. Quiet hotel. Nice restaurant attached.

Very clean, nice, comfortable room-- plenty of space for the four of us.

It was located in an area that I did not expect a hotel to be located (in a residential area) but it felt safe and the staff was great! They offer street parking that is free or parking behind the building for a small fee. There are only a few spaces available though so timing is everything. Our room was the perfect size for a quick overnight stay for my family of 4. The sofa bed was already made when we arrived to the room which was great since we were all ready to sleep. What I loved about this hotel was a self service “bar” at the end of the hallway. You grab the beers that you want and pay at the front desk when you check out. I would stay here again if we need a hotel in Heidelberg.

Very well run. Breakfast is quite delicious, ambiance of restaurant is cozy but nice, presentation of food is excellent and appetizing.

A good hotel close to downtown Heidelberg and Mannheim. The breakfast was great and dinner was also good. Hotel restaurant was closed on SAT/SUN for dinner but everything is close. If you are a runner the hotel has great trails near by.
