Öncelikle personel çok yardımcı ve destekleyiciydi. Odada banta yaparken tuvalet ıslanıyor. Kıyafetler için çekmece yoktu. Onun dışında yeri gayet merkezi.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Oda her gün temizlendi, kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi.

Very well located, clean, nice rooms and helpful staff

The hosts were both very welcoming and made sure we were looked after. The hotel is very grand and in exceptional condition for its age. The only downfall which is not the hosts problem is that it is located at a busy truck ferry terminal port that can keep you awake during the early hours of the morning with the many trucks that sit idle outside the hotel awaiting transfer to the ferry.

Hotel is situated in the centre of town but also on a very busy corner with noisy trucks passing by through the night and day.

Located near the ferry port, there was a lot happening nearby. Plenty of places to eat, even late at night.

Very handy location to find and get about. Staff very helpful and couldn't do more for you. Road rather noisy as right outside used to stack up the trucks waiting for the ferry and air con not working so had to have window open. But apart from that would highly recommend.

This hotel was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The owners were very helpful to do whatever to make our stay comfortable and the hotel was beautifully decorated with a special touch to each area and room. Highly recommend a stay here the only bad thing is the queue of trucks and cars waiting to board the ferries so take the back road.

This hotel is not suitable for western tourists. It is not located where it is advertised on Expedia. No one speaks any English. Not a good option
