Quarto limpo, funcionários atenciosoa. Café da manhã bom. A única questão é sobre o estacionamento. Não é do estabelecimento e eles não controlam quem entra e quem sai dele.

Very comfortable room and convenient location if you plan to go to Ihla Grande.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Várias baratas no quarto.

Incrível

A equipe foi demais, muito solícitos. Educados o quarto muito bom, limpo. O café da manhã servido a partir das 6h ótimo horário e além disso, muito bom

When we arrived the room had some small issues all of which were fixed rapidly by the manager and technician

Property was centrally located but there's not much around the hotel unless you go to the port and go to one of the islands. Breakfast is average, and there is no parking on premise, but there are a lot of places to park around the hotel, within walking distance. The beds were hard! I usually enjoy that due to back problems, but these were next level hard.

It was fine for what we wanted. Downtown feeling but close to the harbor.

Amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and we could store our luggage at the front desk during the day which was nice!

The hotel was very clean and I could not fault how friendly the staff were.
