The property has a beachside view which is awesome Hot water takes forever to come on, the tv in my room was flickering at first, there was no phone in the room to call down to front desk, there was no iron or ironing board in the room, I received an iron after my husband went to ask for one and then they wanted to charge me upon check out for ironing on the bed when there was no ironing board. The place looks old and has no rugs or carpet in the room, it’s cold tiles under your feet

Bathroom tiles were dirty because they are being used from last couple of years needs to be replaced.

I wish I could leave 1 star, but I’m giving 2 because the staff was absolutely amazing and did their best. Unfortunately, the room itself was terrible. It smelled like sewage, and I was honestly scared to sleep in the bed because it was covered in stains and old hairs. There was mold throughout the room, and the sink drained so slowly that I had to wait forever before I could use it again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. Trust me.

I think the hotel is in need of significant renovation. It needs fresh paint starting from the entrance, and the guest rooms would greatly benefit from new furniture.

Could not make my scheduled vacation July 15-18 due to death in family. I have emailed multiple times asking for a CREDIT so that I may reschedule and now go on a much-needed vacation and I STILL don't get an answer from the Cyan Hotel or EXPEDIA.

About 4 years ago this property was beautiful...over the years , I feel the owners haven't maintained it well.
