First room was next to permanent drunk bogans with both AC units not working. replacement room didn't have a working key card, and the pool is empty and has 200+ cane toads in it. horrible !!!

不錯 I didn't like the fact they ask for a mandatory pre check in which includes uploading photo ID. After several attempts to upload photo ID with a failure each time. Contacted them and was advised to call on arrival at around midnight and someone would come and site ID then get key. Not allowed pin to key box and produce ID on checkout as previously done. Had to wait half hour for person to check ID after 4 hour flight and it being after midnight. Ridiculous.
