温泉が凄く快適でした☺️

全体的には満足です。エレベーターの数が足りていないように感じたのと朝食にカレーがなかったのが残念でした。

造花の飾りが多く、飾りっぱなしの感じがする。スタッフの男性率が高く、そのあたりの細やかな気配りが不足か。朝のバイキングに少しスイーツも欲しいかな。

酒店前台服務員態度良好有禮貌，餐廳也是，特別有幾位來自台灣的實習生，她們用普通話招呼我們用膳，很體貼和友善。 這價錢一泊兩食，是抵食，晚餐是傳統御膳料理，很美味，很飽，早餐不過不失，簡單美味，鮮奶好飲。 每房可免費預約家庭風呂50分鐘，但水溫很熱，在公眾浴場不錯，有兩個池，室內和外各一。 這酒店距離石和溫泉駅只有7-10分鐘路程，不遠，車站隔離有AEON超市及商場，第一次來這小鎮，基本配套設施都有。

少々古いがお風呂は良い。食事は工夫している。段差に注意。

Close to Isawa onsen station where you can take both buses, local & faster trains. The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright. Most rooms higher up have a great view over the city. There’s a 7/11 about 5/10 minutes from the hotel. Lots of vending machines at the 1st floor for water, beer, soda, coffee etc. Barely an hour with bus from Kawaguchiko. 1 station from Kofu which you can take bus to shosenkyo (great nature experience and a ripe way to a beautiful mountain with awesome views), also walking distance to the Kawanakajima battle reenactment in oct/nov.

花火大会への送迎や、見れるアピールをすれば良い

温泉は、露天風呂もありとても気持ちよかったです。アメニティも揃っていました。施設自体は古いことが感じられますが、昭和レトロとも言えるかもしれません。満足の旅でした。

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you.
